Hello Newgrounds! This is my first text post here! And I have a question I've been mulling over for the past week that I thought would be best to ask on this wonderful site:

How do I go about making a dress up game?

I've never game a game before, but I've been making paper dolls for years and recently I've been nostalgic for the flash dress up games I played as a kid. I'd like to try making one, but I have no Idea where to start! The tutorials I find online are all for actual old flash games.

How does one make an HTML5 game? What software do I need? The only coding languages I know are html/css (I know nothing about game developing) but I'm happy to learn!

I don't know a single thing so any points in the right direction would be much appreciated <33
